✅ Return Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We will gladly offer a free replacement or refund if:

You received the wrong item or wrong size due to a fulfillment error
📸 To process a replacement or refund, please email us at support@cheekygorilla.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue (e.g. damage, misprint, incorrect item)
Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
📦 Return Shipping
Since we don’t maintain inventory, we do not accept physical returns. If your item qualifies for a replacement, you’ll keep the original or dispose of it responsibly — no need to send it back.
